Customer Service Rep / Order Processor / Receptionist

Woodstock, ON Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing world-class customer service and satisfaction to all Wiseco customers. The role requires the representative to be knowledgeable about our products, our different business segments and resulting customer needs. Ideal candidates are confident, friendly, outgoing and willing to assist and attend to all customer requests. This fast-paced department communicates with our customers and processes all forms of customer orders on a daily basis which requires the ability to adapt, understand and respond in an increasingly dynamic environment. Duties and Responsibilities : Receive and respond to all points of contact from our customers in a timely and professional manner. Process daily sales orders. Update customer files as needed. Verify pricing, advise stock levels and provide tracking on orders. Attend to exchanges and returns for all customers as well as provide professional care for all customers experiencing warranty issues. Perform other duties as assigned by Management and staff. Assist with shipping and receiving when needed. Qualification Guidelines: Working knowledge of customer service techniques. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency. Experience with Microsoft Office programs including MS Work, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Must have ability to complete assignments within time frames specified by management. Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with customers and employees at all levels. Must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must have exceptional attention to detail and a professional telephone manner. Understanding of Motocross and Off-road bikes is very beneficial. Technical product and application knowledge considered a strong plus (2-cycle/4-cycle engine knowledge, piston manufacturing, etc.). Regular Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Job Type: Full-time Language: English (Required)
