Admissions Team Leader (ADM 201900114) Admission Services Domestic and International Office of the Registrar Location: London Employment Group : Support Type of Position: Full-time Temporary Closing Date: July 4, 2019 Note: This is a full-time temporary position until December 31, 2019 (35 hours per week). Duties: Under the direction of the Senior Associate Registrar, Admission Services – Domestic & International the incumbent coordinates the tasks associated with the admission process for applicants to all level 1 post-secondary programs. As a Work Team Coordinator the incumbent administers relevant admission policies and procedures and recommends modifications and improvements. Liaises with other departments on matters related to admission and enrolment management. Qualifications: Post-secondary 2 year diploma in the field of Business Administration, Project Management, Office Administration or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years experience in a high volume, multi-task office environment with direct customer service Experience in team task coordination Preference for candidates who have experience developing training plans, coaching others, and in leading teams Experience working in higher education, specifically Admissions and/or Registrar Services, is an asset Experience in project development and/or project management is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working with complex databases strongly preferred While transcripts are not required for the interview, they are mandatory prior to any offer of employment.
