Bring your financial, administrative, and organizational skills to our award winning organization. Role Summary Your role works directly with the Controller and takes on many administrative tasks. The position supports several core functions and the main areas of responsibility are: AP, AR, and payroll related activities Maintain databases and other data entry related activities Answer multi telephone lines, record messages and direct calls, greet and sign in visitors This is a full time, year-round position with a salary range of $38,000-45,000/year with paid vacation, group benefits, and group RRSPs available. Qualifications A degree or diploma in administrative studies, finance, or related field is an asset Proven financial administrative abilities, with QuickBooks being an advantage Two to three years practical experience Competencies Detailed and thorough, organized Positive demeanor Happy to undertake, and not be stressed out by, any new tasks and challenges that arise Follows our core values: Safety First, Quality Work, On Time On Budget Is working at TLC is challenging and rewarding?
