Bilingual Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator you will be hands on with our clients, working with their teams on customer experience and people management. You will bring your knowledge and experience to these tasks and will partner with our team to deliver new and exciting solutions. You love rolling up your sleeves and tackling the big challenges, you also dive into the weeds to spend quality time coaching and mentoring front line employees. You know that creating a common vision and then helping everyone achieve that is critical.You see opportunities and have a creative way of getting things done. You build consensus and are comfortable working with the leadership team and the front line. You are comfortable building 1:1 relationships and presenting to both small and large groups. You build people and teams. Does this sound like you? Then lets cover a typical day (FYI, there are no typical days) Connecting with clients to build relationships. Reviewing our platforms with clients to identify opportunities and proactively communicating same. Working with our digital or creative teams to improve our platforms. Collaborating with our thought leaders to enhance or improve our consulting offering. Delivering consulting to a Dealership, a Dealer Group or a Manufacturer. Management Meetings. Front line Training. Consulting and Coaching. Scanning the marketplace for best practices and new ideas. Updating client status to ensure we proactively identify opportunities or challenges Supporting solution development and proposal writing in collaboration with our Business Development team Presenting solutions to potential new clients. Experience You have 2-3 years experience working in a customer-facing position. Experience in managing projects is a given. You are great on computers, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 experience is a must. You speak and write French.
