The Role We are looking for an exceptionally talented Strategy & Operations Manager who will work alongside our Chief of Staff and the exec leadership team as we continue on our exciting and challenging journey to be the global market leader in flexible vehicle access and ownership. Responsibilities Projects; Assist with cross-functional, global, projects. Work on scoping, planning and executing on business critical initiatives. These could be anything from customer experience to re-thinking business processes. Analysis; provide faultless and insightful analysis for both recurring and ad hoc analytical tasks. Complex financial models? Scrappy, back-of-a-napkin, hypotheses? Synthesis of data from numerous external sources? All of the above. Reporting & investor relations ; combine analytical and verbal skills to produce informative and concise reports for internal and external audiences (Board, investors etc.). Assist with fundraising and investor relations. Planning; drive implementation of OKR and KPI framework, so that we are all moving in the same direction. Strategy; strategic thinking across all locations and teams. Bring intellectual firepower, structure, and creativity to help make decisions that will propel us forward. Recent examples include our city and international expansion plans. Requirements MBA desirable Background in strategy consulting or finance, ideally with experience working in a high-growth, early stage, business A self-confessed generalist who is able to turn their hand to anything Able to operate with autonomy Someone who is comfortable operating at high speed, maybe breaking things occasionally, but always fixing them and learning from the experience Strong commercial feel, customer-centric and deeply resourceful Analytical, logical, obsessed with detail and process Ability to interact and work in a creative, cross-functional, global team Must be excited by the scale and complexity of the challenge, driven by ambitious goals and willing to do anything to make them happen Culture and rewards Most places split these sections into two, but we only need two sentences to describe the culture at Splend.
